How to Identify the Cause of Your Chest Pain?
Chest pain has various causes. Here’s how to recognize common ones:
Heart Pain: Diffuse heaviness or tightness, spreading to the left arm, upper abdomen, back, or jaw. Often starts with exertion and eases with rest. May have breathlessness, sweating, giddiness, or nausea.
Lung Pain: Localized, worsens with coughing or sneezing. Often linked with fever and cough.
Acidity Pain: Midline burning sensation, often after spicy food. Associated with belching or sour liquid in the mouth.
4. Musculoskeletal Pain: Localized, worsens with movement or pressure. Often from injury or poor posture.
