The most common is - Chest pain. It is typically felt as heaviness or tightness in the chest as if somebody is sitting on your chest or there is a tight band around your chest.
Pain in the jaw, left shoulder, left arm or in the upper abdomen.
Breathlessness .
Sudden Profuse sweating.
Other less classical complaints like Restlessness, nausea and vomiting.
